Getting Started

Welcome to Golf Management! This guide will help you get your first golf trip up and running quickly.

Create Your Account

  1. Visit the Golf Management website
  2. Click Sign Up in the top navigation
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. Verify your email address

Trip Planning

Golf Management’s trip planning is built for:

  • Buddy trips and golf vacations
  • Multi-round and single-round competitions (team and individual)
  • Full expense and wager tracking with settlements
  • Groups wanting travel coordination and scoring in one place

Set Up Your First Trip

Once you’ve created your account:

  1. Click Create Trip from your dashboard
  2. Enter the trip basics (name, destination, dates)
  3. Choose your competitions (skins, trip championship, nassau, Ryder Cup, etc.)
  4. Set up rounds and assign courses
  5. Add players to the roster and send invites

The trip wizard walks you through each step, and your progress is saved automatically if you step away.

Where You Land After Signing In

Organization owners and admins choose their start page under Settings → Profile:

  • Dashboard (default) — the trips or events dashboard
  • A trip’s dashboard — straight to one trip’s overview page
  • A trip’s portal — the player view of one trip, handy when you are also playing

A trip start page only applies while that trip is active. Once the trip is marked Completed or Cancelled you land on the dashboard again, and the next trip you open offers to become your start page. That offer is a banner at the top of a trip’s dashboard and portal home — Make it my start page sets it in one click, and it only appears when you have no active trip start page.

Members (players without an admin role) always open the trip portal: their live or most recent trip on that device, or a specific trip they pinned from the portal banner.
