How Live Scoring Works

Setting Up Scoring
Enable Live Scoring
- Go to your event dashboard
- Navigate to Scoring Settings
- Toggle Live Scoring on
- Configure scoring rules for your format
Scoring Formats
Each competition format has specific scoring settings:
Stroke Play
- Gross and net scoring
- Handicap application per hole
- Hole-by-hole or total score entry
Stableford
- Points awarded based on score relative to par
- Configurable point values
- Net Stableford with handicap strokes
Team Formats
- Best ball: automatic selection of best score
- Scramble: single team score per hole
- Shamble: best drive, then individual scores
Player Score Entry
Mobile Scoring
Players access scoring via:
- Web browser on any device
- No app download required
- Works offline with automatic sync
Entering Scores
- Select your playing group
- Tap the current hole
- Enter scores for each player
- Submit and move to next hole
Score Verification
- Scores can be attested by playing partners
- Administrators can edit scores if needed
- Audit trail tracks all changes
